The Friends of Tandy Hills Natural Area invite you to attend a specially arranged, FREE screening of the 2024 documentary film, NOCTURNES. It is a film about “moth-ing or black-lighting, ” a subject gaining popularity in North Texas and beyond.
The film won a prestigious award at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival and is a NY Times Critic's Pick. The film will be introduced by local master naturalist, entomologist and moth-ing expert, Kimberlie Sassan. She will also moderate a Q&A after the 83 minute film.
