REI Trail Improvement and Stewardship Grant!

Friends of Tandy Hills Natural Area are pleased and honored to announce that we are the recipient of a $5,000 grant from REI to support trail improvements and overall stewardship of the park. The grant will be used to hire S&S Trails to create a master plan for the trails system for the entire natural area including, creation of new trails. closing of unsustainable trails, trail markers and an accurate trails system map.

We are very grateful to REI for this honor and look forward to working partnering with them when they open a Fort Worth store in May 2016.
