Wheels of positive change

Wheels of positive change move slowly in what was once known as, Queen City of the Prairie, but signs of intelligent life are flickering.
Did anyone else notice this little item in their City of FW water bill this month? The city ordinance on "grass and weeds" desperately needs an upgrade to allow more leeway on native plantings including prairie plants but there is, at least, some movement that direction as you will read in City Times above.
